Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)

Business Continuity Management (BCM) or Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is the process involved in creating a system of prevention and recovery from potential threats to a company. The plan ensures that personnel, assets, and the business, are protected and can function quickly in the event of a disaster. A BCP gives the ability to continue to do business regardless of crisis disasters and other disruptions.
